All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Orders will be despatched within 3-5 working days, we use a ‘signed for’ service.
Free UK Delivery - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. On every order, at all times.
IRELAND - £10.50 tracked + signed. This is a flat rate regardless is you order 1 or 10 candles.
EUROPE - FRANCE, SPAIN, ITALY, NETHERLANDS, POLAND + SPAIN - £15.00 tracked + signed. This is a flat rate regardless candle quantity.
USA + AUSTRALIA - £20.00 tracked and signed. This is a flat rate regardless of the quantity of candles.
You are responsible for custom charges with the delivery country.
Bespoke orders may take up to 10 days in busy periods, as all orders are completely handmade.
R E T U R N S
If you are not happy with your purchase you can receive a full refund if you have informed us within 14 days of receiving your candle. You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving your return.
The candle must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
You are responsible for paying your return shipping costs, these costs are non refundable.
B E S P O K E O R D E R S
Bespoke candles which are delivered as described may not be refunded. You will have had an opportunity to approve all text and design before the order is completed. We will not refund a bespoke order, as it has been made to a customers request.
D A M A G E D
If your candle has arrived damaged, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange a replacement or refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery, and contact us asap.
