R E T U R N S P O L I C Y
Sometimes we change our mind, and you may need to exchange or return what you have bought. We recommend that you keep your receipt or order number as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of after sales queries. You need to return your item within 14 days of receipt. Bespoke items are non refundable.
R E F U N D S
Return unused, in the original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition with your receipt and you will receive a full refund. Please use registered mail to return your item. You cover the postage cost for your return.
Bespoke candles are those specifically tailored to your specifications.
Orders for bespoke candles cannot be cancelled or changed once work has started on them
Bespoke candles which are delivered as described may not be refunded.
We cannot take responsibility for customer generated mistakes:
Errors, spelling mistakes, grammar errors, order quantity, or any other order errors
To prevent these errors happening please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment
Damaged goods, or those where we are at fault, will be rectified free of charge.
Any problems with a bespoke order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Contact email@example.com
